La HFPA Hollywood Foreign Press Association ha comunicato le Nominations alla 65esima Edizione dei GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS 2008 che si svolgeranno il 13 Gennaio 2008 al Beverly Hilton di Beverly Hills.

Ingiustificabili le assenze del film Quel Treno per Yuma e di Russell Crowe attore protagonista di ben due dei migliori film dell'anno ossia American Gangster e Quel Treno per Yuma.
Assai discutibile la totale assenza di Pirati dei Caraibi Ai Confini del Mondo, specialmente per ciò che riguarda la maestria del regista Gore Verbinski e del compositore Hans Zimmer, sarebbe stato un tributo minimo e dovuto al terzo film della trilogia dei Pirati che il pubblico di tutto il Mondo ha decretato tra le più amate di sempre.

Ed ancora mancano all'appello Christian Bale e le serie televisive Lost e Heroes, compresi gli interi cast dei due telefilm completamente ignorati.
Le assenze di Quel Treno per Yuma diretto dal grandissimo James Mangold e di Russell Crowe sono assurde a fronte della presenza di Michael Clayton e George Clooney, e inficiano la qualità delle Nominations 2008 ai Golden Globes.

Scontata la vittoria di Ratatouille come miglior film d'animazione, la HFPA non dimentica Amy Adams come migliore attrice in un film musical o commedia per Come d'incanto.
Si preannuncia il trionfo di Sweeney Todd diretto dal maestro Tim Burton e di Johnny Depp.
Dopo il salto tutte le Nominations ai Golden Globes 2008.
